Internet Banking

JBB Online is accessible to all clients of JBB through their smartphones, tablets, laptops or PCs. There will be no registration charges. The operations: account balance enquiry, mini statement and funds transfer – account to account (A2A) will not be charged.

Mobile Banking

Mobile banking offers convenient services to JBB customers via mobile phone devices. The service can be accessed via USSD code *344#, or through the Jamii Bora Mobile App on one’s device.

Available Services:

Balance inquiry, mini-statement, internal funds transfer, transfer of funds to and from M-pesa, airtime purchase (Safaricom, Airtel, Yu and Orange), payments of utility bills (KPLC, DSTV, Nairobi Water, Access@home, Zuku and Safaricom) and payment to select and registered merchants.

Money Transfer

Money transfer services are available available to both bank customers and walk-in customers in any of the JBB branches. The services available are:

  • MPESA (Retail and Super-Agent)
  • Airtel Money
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
